Daisy Dink Ambassador Program

Terms of Service

Effective Date: 01/18/2026

These Ambassador Program Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the Daisy Dink Ambassador Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • Participation is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • The Program is currently open to U.S.-based applicants only.

  • Ambassadors must maintain an active Daisy Dink customer account.

  • Daisy Dink reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any application for any reason.

  • Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee continued participation.

2. Ambassador Relationship

  • Ambassadors participate as independent affiliates.

  • Ambassadors are not employees, contractors, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Daisy Dink.

  • Ambassadors may represent themselves only as “Daisy Dink Ambassadors.”

  • Ambassadors may not imply authority to bind, represent, or speak on behalf of Daisy Dink.

3. Commissions & Earnings

  • Commissions are earned on completed, paid orders after the applicable return window has expired.

  • All Daisy Dink products are eligible for commission unless otherwise stated.

  • Commission rates are performance-based and may change at Daisy Dink’s discretion with notice.

  • Daisy Dink reserves the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue commission structures at any time.

Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Orders that are refunded, returned, or charged back do not earn commission.

  • If a return occurs after commission accrual, the amount may be deducted from the next payout cycle.

Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD

  • Payouts are issued monthly.

  • Commissions may be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

4. Discount Codes & Promotion Rules

  • Ambassadors may publicly share their assigned discount code.

  • Ambassadors may use their discount code for personal purchases.

  • Discount stacking is prohibited.

  • Posting codes on coupon aggregation sites is prohibited.

  • Paid advertising using Daisy Dink branding or trademarks requires prior written approval.

  • Ambassadors may not:

    • Bid on Daisy Dink trademarks

    • Register domain names containing “Daisy Dink”

    • Create impersonation or misleading accounts

5. Brand Assets & Content Use

  • Ambassadors may use Daisy Dink product images and approved brand assets.

  • Use of Daisy Dink logos is restricted to approved materials.

  • Ambassadors grant Daisy Dink permission to repost, share, and use ambassador-created content with attribution, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prohibited content includes:

    • Hate speech

    • Political messaging

    • Explicit or offensive content

    • Promotion of competing brands

  • Daisy Dink may request removal of any content that violates brand standards.

6. FTC Disclosure Compliance

Ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Daisy Dink in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Disclosures must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed where viewers will see them before engaging with affiliate links or discount codes.

Failure to properly disclose affiliate relationships may result in suspension or termination from the Ambassador Program.

The following examples are provided for guidance. Ambassadors may adapt wording as long as disclosure remains clear and compliant.

Social Media Posts

  • “I’m a Daisy Dink ambassador and earn a commission on qualifying purchases.”

  • “As a Daisy Dink ambassador, I may earn a small commission from this purchase.”

  • “Sponsored by Daisy Dink”

  • “Affiliate link”

  • “#DaisyDinkAmbassador #ad”

Stories, Reels & Short-Form Video

  • “Daisy Dink Ambassador”

  • “Paid partnership with Daisy Dink”

  • “Affiliate link”

Disclosures should be visible on-screen or spoken aloud and not hidden behind hashtags, links, or truncated text.

Blog Posts & Long-Form Content

  • “I am a Daisy Dink ambassador and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

Live Streams

  • Verbal disclosure at the beginning of the stream and when sharing affiliate links or discount codes.

Disclosure Placement Requirements

  • Disclosures must appear before or near affiliate links or discount codes.

  • Disclosures may not be hidden in bio links, profile pages, or at the end of long captions.

  • Ambiguous language such as “thanks to Daisy Dink” without clear affiliate disclosure is not sufficient.

7. Ambassador Status & Termination

  • Daisy Dink may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

  • Accounts with no qualifying activity for 90 days may be marked inactive automatically.

  • Upon termination:

    • Legitimately earned commissions may be paid out at Daisy Dink’s discretion

    • Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions

  • Terminated ambassadors may reapply at Daisy Dink’s discretion.

8. Payments & Taxes

  • Ambassadors are solely responsible for all taxes related to earnings.

  • Daisy Dink will issue tax forms, such as a 1099, when required by law.

  • Accurate payment and tax information must be maintained to remain eligible for payouts.

9. Liability & Indemnification

  • Daisy Dink is not liable for:

    • Lost income

    • Tracking errors

    • Platform outages or technical issues

  • Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daisy Dink from claims arising from:

    • Misrepresentation

    • Policy violations

    • Content, conduct, or promotional activity

10. Governing Law & Venue

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Daisy Dink may update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
