We believe in playing fair—on and off the court. That means being crystal clear about what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can stay in control. This isn’t just a policy. It’s our promise to treat your personal info with the same care we give our pickleball gear.


1. What We Collect (and Why)

Here’s what might land in our inbox when you visit or shop:


Your Name & Contact Info – When you place an order, sign up for emails, or message us.


Shipping & Billing Details – So your gear gets to the right court.


Payment Info – Processed securely by our payment partners. We never see or store your full credit card number.


Tech Stuff – Like IP address and browser type, to help us improve your experience.


How You Use the Site – What you click, browse, or add to cart, so we can offer better stuff.


Cookies – The digital kind (sadly, not chocolate chip). These help us remember you and keep the site smooth. You can disable them, but things may get wonky.


2. How We Use It

We keep things simple. Here’s what we do with your info:

4. Your Data, Your Choices

You’ve got rights, and we’re all about empowerment:


Access it – Want to see what we’ve got on file? Ask.

Fix it – Something wrong? We’ll correct it.

Delete it – Done with Daisy Dink? We’ll wipe your data (unless we’re legally required to keep some).

Say no – Unsubscribe anytime from emails or opt out of targeted ads.

5. California & EEA Residents – Extra Love for Your Laws

CCPA (California): You’ve got the right to know what we collect and to opt out of certain data sharing. We respect that.


GDPR (Europe): You can ask us to erase, correct, or hand over your data. No problem.


6. Keeping It Safe

We use secure systems and trusted partners to protect your data. That said, no system is 100% hack-proof (just like no paddle is unbreakable). We’ll always let you know if something goes wrong.


7. Kids Under 13

We love young players, but this site isn’t for kids under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their data. If you’re a parent and think we did, email us so we can delete it.


8. Changes to This Policy

We’ll update this policy if anything major changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the bottom.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.


✅ What’s Eligible for Return:

Unused paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories


Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging


Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery


🚫 What’s Not Returnable:

Used paddles, worn clothing, or scuffed accessories


Final sale items or gift cards


Items returned outside the 30-day window


📦 How It Works:

Email us at support@daisydink.com with your order number and reason for return


We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions


You ship it back (buyer covers return shipping, unless we made a mistake)


Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund, typically within 3–5 business days

We know you're excited to get your Daisy Dink gear, and we’re just as excited to get it to you. Here’s how our shipping game works:


🕒 Processing Time

We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (MST) (excluding holidays).

Most in-stock items ship out within 1–2 business days. If we’re running a big launch or sale, give us an extra day to catch up, our team’s small but mighty!


🚚 Shipping Options

You’ll see all available shipping speeds at checkout, because you deserve options.

We currently ship within the U.S. and will happily serve all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Express or Overnight: Email us if you’re in a pickle, we’ll see what we can do!


💌 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Keep an eye on your inbox (and your porch, we see you, porch pirates).


🚫 Delivery Delays

Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). We can’t control weather, wildfires, or wandering delivery vans, but we’ll always do our best to help track things down.


📦 Missing or Damaged Packages?

Yikes we hate when this happens.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at support@daisydink.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help make it right. Pinky promise.


🛑 We Don’t:

Ship on weekends or major holidays (even we take a timeout now and then)

Daisy Dink Paddles: Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

At Daisy Dink Paddles, we are committed to providing high-quality pickleball paddles designed for optimal performance and durability. We stand behind our products with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty to ensure your satisfaction and protect against defects in materials and workmanship.

Please read this warranty policy carefully to understand its terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Duration

Daisy Dink Paddles are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship, commencing from the original date of purchase.  

To activate and validate your warranty, registration of your paddle is required on the Daisy Dink Paddles website within 14 days of purchase. Failure to register within this timeframe may limit or void your warranty coverage.  

2. Eligibility and Proof of Purchase

This warranty is strictly valid for the original purchaser of the paddle and is non-transferable.  

To qualify for warranty coverage, the paddle must have been purchased in new condition directly from Daisy Dink Paddles or an authorized Daisy Dink retail partner. Purchases made from unauthorized retailers, such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, auction websites, Craigslist, or similar platforms, are  

not eligible for warranty claims.  

Valid proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt, bank statement, or order confirmation) is required for all warranty registrations and claims.  

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased or shipped within the United States and Canada.

3. What's Covered (Manufacturer Defects)

This policy protects against major defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use and conditions. Covered defects typically include:  

  • Handle breaks.  
  • Loose edge guards or cracking.  
  • Face cracks.  
  • End cap damage or looseness.  
  • Missing parts.  
4. What's Not Covered (Exclusions)

The following situations and conditions are not covered by this warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes cosmetic issues such as normal fading of graphics, minor scratches, grip wear, edge guard nicks, or other signs of aging from regular use that do not affect the paddle's performance.  
  • Abuse or Negligence: Damage caused by striking objects other than a pickleball (e.g., hitting the ground, net posts, or other hard surfaces), throwing the paddle, improper storage, or other reckless or negligent behavior.  
  • User Modification: Any permanent modifications to the paddle's structure or face will void the warranty. However, adding edge guard weights, overgrips, and edge guard tape is permissible and will not affect your warranty. If the butt cap is removed or replaced, Daisy Dink Paddles reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if any part of the handle is subsequently damaged.  
  • Deliberate Damage: Any damage caused intentionally.  
  • Transportation Damage, Acts of Nature, or Accidents: Damage resulting from shipping, natural disasters, or unforeseen accidents.  
  • Rattling: Internal rattling that does not affect the paddle's performance.  
  • Gifted Products: Products received as gifts without the original proof of purchase.  
5. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Daisy Dink Paddles Customer Service: Reach out to our warranty department through the designated channel on our website or via email at.
  2. Provide Information: Be prepared to provide your name, address, contact information, the paddle's SKU number, a detailed description of the problem, and your original proof of purchase.  
  3. Submit Evidence: You must provide clear photo or video evidence visibly showing the warranty issue, along with a clear image of the paddle's serial number or any applicable identification marks. Claims with unclear images or non-warranty issues may not be approved and may require resubmission.  
  4. Product Evaluation: Daisy Dink Paddles reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle qualifies for warranty coverage. We may require the defective product to be returned to us for physical evaluation prior to approving a replacement or repair.  
6. Replacement Paddle Policy

If a defective paddle is covered under this warranty, Daisy Dink Paddles has the sole discretion to either repair the original paddle or provide a replacement paddle.  

Replacement paddles will be of the same model as the original product. If the original model has been discontinued, Daisy Dink Paddles may offer a comparable replacement model at its discretion.  

Important Note: Replacement products will inherit only the remaining warranty period from the original product's purchase date. They do not come with a new, full warranty period.  

7. General Provisions
  • Daisy Dink Paddles' liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any defect and does not include any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage of any kind.  
  • Daisy Dink, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information on our warranty terms and conditions.

👕 Apparel & Accessories –14 Days

We guarantee our clothing and accessories are free from defects when they arrive. If there’s an issue out of the box (missed stitching, faulty zipper, etc.), we’ll replace it, just let us know within 14 days of delivery.

Photos or a short video showing the problem

We’ll review it quickly, most decisions take 3–5 business days

If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit based on the situation


We reserve the right to inspect and assess all claims fairly. Our goal is simple: play fair, fix what’s real, and keep you on the court.
