The Minnesota Open @ MEGA Pickleball
Open to all players from 2.5-5.0 with events broken down by skill level first and then age division. Formatting includes round-robin play with brackets to follow, with many players competing in 7-9 games. Early Bird registration is $60 for the first event, $40 for the second, and $20 for a third. Schedule typically has Doubles (8am+) on Saturday, Mixed Doubles (8am+) on Sunday, Singles in the afternoon on one of the two days. 6 game guarantee. Single game round-robin matches played to 11, win by 2, for doubles followed by brackets; singles matches will include rally scoring to 21, win by 2. Championship brackets will include awards for 1st-3rd. Complete schedule/draw released the Wednesday prior to the event, registration closes that Tuesday.
